Photos or video of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

1. Lost Shipment

If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

*Non-Refundable Situations*

Refunds will not be issued for:

Incorrect orderes
Change of mind after order is shipped
Delays caused by courier/company/transport
Wrong address entered at the time of ordering
Product damaged after use

*Cancellations*

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method. Time may vary depending on your bank.
